• A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary Public who has been trained to handle various types of loan documents, such as, Purchase Loans, Seller Packages, Mortgage Refinances, HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, and more.

• As a mobile notary, I offer the convenience of meeting you at a location of your choice!

What fees do you charge?

• Fees vary based on the type of notarization that is required as well as your location. Please call or text so I have a full understanding of your document(s) needing a notarization, and I would be happy to provide an accurate quote. 

What is the recommended timeframe for scheduling an appointment?

• To ensure optimal service, I kindly ask that you schedule all appointments at least 24 hours in advance. However, I will make every effort to accommodate "same-day," "last minute," and "emergency" requests to the best of my ability.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

• Cash, Credit, or Zelle.

What forms of ID should I bring with me?

• A current identification card or other document issued by the federal government or any state government that contains the photograph and signature of the acknowledging person. This includes drivers’ licenses, non-driver's license ID, military IDs, and state-issued identification cards and a U.S. Passport.
